Who can apply: Bangladeshi ordinary passport holders visiting Singapore for social or business visits. Diplomatic and official passport holders are exempt.

Eligibility: Passport valid at least 6 months from arrival, completed Form 14A, recent passport photo, and a Letter of Introduction (Form V39A) from a Singapore Citizen/PR local contact aged 21+ (company LOI for business; the High Commission may issue one if no local contact is available). A valid visa does not guarantee entry; ICA officers decide at the checkpoint.

Application process
  1. 1Choose an Authorised Visa Agent from the High Commission of Singapore, Dhaka list
  2. 2Arrange a Letter of Introduction (Form V39A) from a Singapore local contact or company
  3. 3Prepare Form 14A, passport bio-data page copy and a recent colour photo (white background)
  4. 4Submit the application online through the Authorised Visa Agent
  5. 5Pay the SGD 30 visa fee (Taka equivalent) plus the agent service fee
  6. 6Wait at least 5 working days; the agent prints the approved e-Visa
Bangladesh applicant notes
The High Commission publishes a list of Authorised Visa Agents in Dhaka. Visa fee is SGD 30 (Taka equivalent) excluding the agent service fee. Allow at least 5 working days for a complete application.
